I have never heard it before, but just because we may not have heard a word, or just because it is not in the dictionary, doesn't mean people don't use it. Did you search for it on the web?

Almost certainly a word like "neverroad" exists. "Neverland" exists. "Nevermore" exists. "Nevermind" exists. The question is, which one do you want?

You said "I heard someone saying something like that". Okay - that's a start - can you give us the entire sentence of which that word was a part, then we'd be more able to suggest possibilities.

my gran and mum both say "anyroad" just to mark a shift in topic, or to draw a topic to a close .. and I've always taken that to be a local dialect thing, so the same could be true of your "neverroad" - only with a negative meaning - sort of "no way"

I was able to find a 'NeverRoad Corporation' on the web. I think it is a Japanese Publishing company.

I also found this;

Lyrics: In Veins - old neverroad

Sudden step on an old never-road
Never age and never fear the old neverroad
Would you welcome me great old neverroad
I know you
Every step on the old neverroad
Is a part of my life dear
