2. His heart has never been stirred up until he met her.

- Are these natural to say?

Just a small note besides Clive's suggestion - I think your use of vibrate comes from the literal translation of a word in Vietnamese. I find 'feel the rhythm of love' would fit well with what you might have in mind.

His heart had never felt the rhythm of love until he met her.

Use the past perfect with this "until". The intransitive version is also possible:

His heart had never stirred until he met her.

Or, simplified, with simple past:

His heart never stirred until he met her.
