Hi.

He's never met a girl he likes better than his own hair.

I heard that in a drama. Three men talked in a barber. Now I am confused about the meaning. Can it be "He has met his own hair he likes"? Thank you.

No. It doesn't mean that. And that doesn't even make sense.
AnonymousHe's never met a girl ( [that / whom] ) he likes better than his own hair.
He likes his hair better than he likes any girl. (any girl that he has ever met)
