Could you say me if this is sentence is correct:
"Never have I had to listen to so many boring people!" ?
And could I write
"I had never had to listen to so many boring people!" ?
what is the right position of "never"?

I suppose it is grammatically well formed, but I'm not clear what you are trying to achieve by these changes. The past perfect version of the first sentence would be "Neve
