NEVER

im confusing about the using of NEVER in English.

all i know is NEVER can be used in past tense and present tense.

am i right about it?

I agree, but more in general, 'never' is a word that can be used wherever you want, when you're trying to express something that is not yer happened.

Two other examples:

I never go to London centre from Paddington...

I never go to the Cinema after work...

'I never get lonely' is simple present tense. It applies to any time.

'I never got lonely' is simple past tense. It refers to a past experience only.
