Nested

This is like a file structure that you might see on Windows.

Parent A
    Child A

Child a

Child x

    Child B

Child b

Child y

    Child C

    Child D

This hierarchy may be called a nested structure, and when you explain this, is it correct to say:

Parent A can have Child A to which you can add another child recuirsively.

Thanks.

Liveinjapan recuirsively recursively But why recursively? Where is the recursion? Why not say, You can add more children to any parent.
