It is expected that one be nervous meeting one's boss for the first time.

It is expected that one be nervous to meet one's boss for the first time.

It is expected that one be nervous about meeting one's boss for the first time.

Please advise on which sentence is good. Why or why not?

All are understandable, of course, but the last is the most idiomatic. We usually say nervous about ---ing . The first is often heard as well, but the middle one is unidiomatic.
