Hello all.

I have one problem. I wonder if I can make a new adjective that would be understandable for all English users. What I mean? I wonder if I can say something in manner of for example :" This will be a never-paid-off loan" instead of " This loan will never be paid off?

Especially when there is already a suitable adjective: a defaulted loan.
