neither...nor, not...nor

Hello,
Could you tell me which one of the following sentences is ok?

Neither I can swim nor he can walk. (is it ok? )
I know that this sentence is a nonsense but is it gramatically correct?

What's the proper syntax with neither.. nor?
Is it ok: "Neither can I swim nor can he walk."
Should the verb be moved before subject ?

And how to use not...nor ?
Please check:
I don't want it nor do I need it. (is it ok?)
I don't want it nor need it. (is a subject - "I" needed here?)
I don't want it nor I need it. (is it ok?)

" I don't want it nor do I need it." - I know i need "do" here, but what about sentence with verb "to be":

'I don't read books nor am I stupid" or "I don't read books nor I am stupid" ?

No. The verb to be does not take "do-support".
And after nor connecting to a second clause, as you have here, you need subject-verb inversion, as you have in your first example, thus:
I don't read books, nor am I stupid.

hey , "i don't read books nor i like movies " or "i don't read books coz i'm not stupid "
try feel the difference .Nor is used to continue doing the same thing like ,'liking , doing , singing ' etc. "i'm stupid " is not a work as "i don't read books" is . Nor is used with "not" or "neither " .
