Hi

If someone says: I hate dancing. Can I say: I hate it either/Neither hate I/Me neither?

You should look at the structure of the sentene rather than the meaning. If the construction is not a negative sentence you answer "too", if it is negative, you asnwer "either". I hate dancing.

I hate dancing. ---- I hate it too.
I don't love dancing --- I don't love it either.
If you want to use neither, you should use the inversion sturucture.
I will not go to that party. ----- Nei
