Neither or so

Hi. which of the following is correct?

Ex. I have never eaten sushi.

Me too

or

Me neither

Ex. I am unable to read the description.

So am I

or

Neither am I

I have the impression that neither should be used because they sound negative.

Do we just use neither and either for negative sentences? Can they be used for affirmitive sentences with negative meaning?

THanks

Ex. His behavior is unacceptable.

So is hers / Neither is hers

I think in the first example, neither and in the second so should be used. Am I right? How can it be explained? I mean how unacceptable is different from impolite regarding grammar rules?-- Interesting question for which I don't have
