Neither or none

Sony, Samsung, and your company have never thoght about this.

Can I change this sentence like...

1. Neither Sony, Samsung or your company has(or have?) thought about this.

2. None of Sony, Samsung, or your company has(or have?) thought about this.

Might be a stupid question...

Thanks for your help.
