Strictly speaking, neither ... nor ... applies only to two items. Nevertheless, people don't always speak or write strictly, so the neither ... nor ... pattern is sometimes used with more than two items. The most famous example, at least in the U.S., is the motto engraved on the portals of the New York City Post Office.

In short, place neither before the first item and nor before all the rest.
