Neither ... nor ...

Hello, I have a question and need your kind help:

I want to express this meaning: I am not interested in sth.; Tom is not either. Now, using "neither ... nor ...", what is the right form of "be" ? "Neither I nor Tom is/are/am/... interested in sth." ?

Thank you in advance.

Thank you. Is "is" used in all cases? e.g. "Neither Tom nor I ...", "Neither them nor us ...", etc.

1. am

2. are

As far as I know the verb following 'nor' must agree with the nearest subject(noun/pronoun).

Neither you nor I am interseted (not are interested)
