Neither and Nor - Negation
Is it OK to use nor in a sentence that starts with neither, or does that make them cancel each other out due to them being two negatives? For example:
Neither Jessica nor Chris respond.
Should it rather be "or?"
Neither Jessica nor Chris respond.
