'Neither and either' exercise with correct form of verbs

Q1. Either Jessica or Ashley __________(visit) her grandparents once a month.
ANSWER: is visiting

Q2. Either the scanner or the painter __________(be) making strange noise.
ANSWER: is

Q3. Neither my cousins nor my grandmother __________(like) spicy food.
ANSWER: likes
