Neither

Hi

"I don't like icecreams." "Neither me" "Me neither"

Can I use either "neither me" or "me neither"? Are both OK?

Neither do I.

Me neither.

"I don't like ice cream" would be more common -- "ice cream" is usually treated as an uncountable noun.
