Can I say,

Last Sunday evening, Lila and her neighbourhood's children played at the playground.

b) She always played with some children from / in / at / on / around her neighbourhood.

... some children from her neighborhood -- maybe they played somewhere else.
... some children in her neighborhood -- they were neighbors and they played in the neighborhood.
