Hello, Islander. Welcome to English Forums. You are actually in the middle of negotiations, or you want that sentence checked?

For the rest of your sentences, it depends somewhat on what x and y are-- product names?--

'As I am a/an/the x seller, I am interested in y, but not that much. Is there any chance of compromise?'
