Hello,
Can someone please check is this written correctly (and is this question correct:):
Dear Sir/Madam,
A few days before your message we got similar inquiry from another party. If it fails X will be available for purchace at the price of X euro and we will let you know.

Actually yours require only a moderate tweak:

Dear Sir/Madam,

A few days before we receive your message, we received a similar inquiry from another party. If they do not buy X, it will be available for your purchace at the price of Euro X.
