Negotiate a price idiomatic

Is there something unnatural?

I was able to negotiate a price with all the realtor I hired except her. She would drop their price.

"To negotiate a price" is idiomatic. In "she would drop their price," " their " needs an antecedent. "With all the realtor" has a number agreement problem.
