Neglectable and negligible

Hi

I stumbled across 'neglectable' in an article the other day. First I thought it was a typo but the word was there in dictionaries. Interestingly, frazeit.com shows only one example of this word. Could you please give your take on neglectable? Do native speakers use this word?

Thanks,

Tom
