Negatives with more and much

Question

Hi teachers,More can use with uncountable and countable nouns in both negative and positive sentences.1.  I don't want more rice.  Would you say I have much rice?2.  I have seen the sentences below, and when should I use them?2a.  You don't have a choice2b.  You don't have much choice2c.   You don't have more choice  Thank youTN

I already have a lot of rice. I don't want more.
I already have a lot of rice. I don't want any more.
I already have a lot of rice. I don't want any more rice.

(Not "I have much rice".)

2a. You don't have a choice.
2b. You don't have much choice.
~~2c. You don't have more choice.~~

2a. is when you have no choice. There is only one course of action that you can take.

2b. is when you have just a few choices. There are very few courses of action that you can take.

2c. should be You don't have any more choices, but this is not used very much. It means the same as 2a in a situation where you have already tried a few courses of action which were unsuccessful. There is only one possibility left. You must choose that possibility or none at all. I don't recommend that you use this one.
