Negative Questions

Hi, let's take this example:

A: She's not strong.
B: No, she isn't
B: Yes, she is.

What do B's answers mean?

My feeling says:
A: She's not strong.
B: No, she is not= No, she is not strong.
B: Yes, she is = Yes, she is strong.

My logic says:
A: She's not strong.
B: No, she is not= No, she is not not strong. (=she is strong.)
B: Yes, she is = Yes, she is not strong.

But there are so many questions/answers on the Internet or in books like this:

A: She's not strong/weak/good/....
B: No, she isn't or: Yes, she is.

... and no one else asks there for clarification, it seems clear for other people. It seems just to be that isn´t understanding the answers.

Let´s take this example only:
A: She's not strong.
B: No, she's not.
