Hello, Ali. Don't have = do not have. We always use 'do/does/did' with action verbs and questions in negative forms.

Hello, Ali.
Don't have = do not have.
We always use 'do/does/did' with action verbs and questions in negative forms.
In questions, we usually use the contraction ( -n't ) only: I don't (do not) smoke.
He didn't (did not) get the job.
