negative interrogative question

hello sir,
my question is, if i want to ask "wont you have gone to market" in a negative interrogative form where i don't want use contraction of ' will and not '
then how can i say it
will it be like-
will you not have gone to market? OR
will you have not gone to market?

likewise in this sentence also,
-Hasn't he been going to market?

what would be correct in above case:
-has he not been going to market ? OR
-has he been not going to market ?

one more please
