Negative in subjunctive

Hi, If I'm not wrong, to make a negative sentence in subjunctive you have sometingh like this:
I suggest that you not take the job.
They recommended that your friend not leave the house.

But I found this example in a dictionary:
She begged him not TO leave her. (what about this: She begged him not leave her)
How could you explain this TO, why and when I have to use it? In the first two sentences may I use it?
