Negation/most of them

1-I don't know most of these people.

Can't this sentence mean two things:
a-It is not true that I know most of these people.
(I might only know half of them.)

b-Most of these people are unknown to me.
(I definitely know fewer than half of them.)

Gratefully,
Navi.

Well, OK, then. Good. Thanks. I hear you. But there are a lot of double-entendres. Don't you find it a bit much to be censored *****-nilly by a machine?

After 60,000 posts and participation on several other fora, I've found it very easy to live with, really. Try leaving a space between two of the letters of the word.

(What really gets my goat is the gratuitous emoticons. But they can be circumvented in the same way.)

Well, sometimes it can be a bit annoying. One of my pet peeves is not a man's name, ( Bob being a satisfactory substitute ) but a type of cancer that (mainly) women get, and sometimes ask about. It is impossible to find a substitute. Another peeve, which has occurred only rarely, is if

Just be glad you're not trying to write about the famous novel by Herman Melville -- you know, "Moby Richard."
