a. With no job, he would be happy.
b. With no job would he be happy.
Although I know the structural difference between a (constituent negation) and b (sentence negation), I can't get what the b means because I failed to paraphrase b.
e.g.,
I definitely didn't speak to him.
= It's definite that I did not speak to him.
I didn't definitely speak to him.
=It's not definite that I spoke to him.
With no job, he would be happy.
=If he has no job, he would be happy.
With no job would he be happy.

anonymousWith no job would he be happy.
There is no job that he would be happy with.
(It's an odd phrasing, though, so I don't recommend using it as a model for your own writing.)
