Negation

Our tour guide told us to visit certain places in this museum.
a- I wouldn't advise you to vist to certain places in this meseum. All of it should be visited.
b- I wouldn't advise you to go to certain places in this museum None of it should be visited.

Can "a" and "b" be used in response to the original statement?

If one wasn't contradicting something that was said beforehand, one would obviously not use "a" or "b"
I understand that "a" and "b" do not mean the same and have practically opposite meanings. But the first sentence in both is the same and has virtually the same function.

Gratefully,

Neither a nor b makes sense. What do you mean by a ' response to the original statement'? It doesn't need a response.
