I am not a native English speaker and needs some help with grammar; Could you please sort out following sentences and let me know incorrect ones and the reason. Thanks heaps

1) Scenario : ABC is planing to go America
When do you go to America ? vs when will you go America? VS when are you going America

2) When was the last time it worked for you ?
