Needn't have/didn't have to/ shouldn't have

Hi!

Could you help me in identifying the difference among these three sentences and which one has the same meaning of the first one?

1. Anthony: "Sarah, you needn't have brought back the camera today!"

2. Sarah didn't have brought back the camera today.

3.Sarah should have bought back the camera today.
