Letter Writing

Need your valuable comments

Hi ,
I have prepared below letter for scholarship, and I would appreciate if you comment about it. As English language is not my mother-tongue, I am sure I made some mistakes, so before sending it to university I applied, I need your assistance. Thanks
One may call it coincidence that at last year of university for BS degree of Industrial engineering,I started to work in a Logistics company called "X"and since winter of 2004,I continued to work in same field, for years.I pursued my graduate studies and my professional life in parallel and that's the reason I believe that Logistics is like an infant in Iran and whole middle-east.After many years of work experience, now I can confess that lack of sharply defined courses in SCM,is even more destructive than lack of required infrastructure for mentioned field.
On many occasions,I noticed the key decisions were made based on trial & error approach, while if there were any knowledge based programs and structured courses, the probability of mistakes would have fallen drastically.
Although I understood the lack of educational courses and its effects on further decision makings,I felt the depth of the issue while I worked with expats with different nationalities with high level educations in SCM. The methods used by Japanese,South African and British experts, showed me in full the way it should be.It was a unique chance for me to learn more & more from the expats while I was the "project manager"of our Logistics projects in Assaluyeh oilfield. But to become more involved with new world of SCM, I joined "Borusan Logistics" which has a reputation to be the best Logistics service provider in neighboring Turkey."AA Logistics Pars" is AB's branch in Iran and part of a Turkish investment, designed to provide first-class Logistics solutions throughout Iran.
Despite the fact that Turkey's Logistics knowledge is more professional comparing to Iran, and considering the new techniques I learned from Turkish experts since Jan 2010,I still deeply believe that the European style and syllabus for engineering of SCM is far more influential than other countries in the world.
I have continued to maintain in position of "Fleet Manager" of AA since 2010 with receivable equal to...Euro per month.Back to university years,In order to pay the university tuition fee,I translated 2 books from English to Farsi and from publication pay-check;I paid 2 years of my BS degree tuition.I also used to teach English language as a part time teacher at KO institute.
All and all,I spent all my savings to cover my graduation costs and you may agree that in a country with inflation rate of 15%,unemployment of +10% and negative rate of economical growth,it's not that easy to have considerable saving.Considering real facts of life in Iran, and my small saving of 7000.00 Euro, which covers my life costs in Spain during 9 months period of the course,I would be dependent to financial support of Z-LOG program in order to fulfill my dream of becoming an expert in Logistics and SCM.
Receiving the scholarship does not mean a simple money transfer for me,but it will be considered as a helping hand to take me to new horizons of Logistics and a prosperous career, which can change and create a path to the good life, not only for me,but also for others.
