What exactly is your question? Do you need four weeks?? I don't understand. I suppose a job wouldn't either. Why not have the interview?

Week four really doesn't mean anything in English.

In any case, I would strongly advise against this formulation. Why not have the interview now , you will not have to decide right away anyway. It will give a very bad impression if

Rohitt, if you are coming here to improve your English, try to avoid writing things like "u r."

If you mean the fourth week of the month, then I would say "the week of 28 January" or whatever week you mean.
