Could you explain these two sentences for me? Thank you.
1. What else are you into? This sentence takes place in small talk. Does it mean that what else you like to do in your life?
2. A hacker can get around everything with just one person within the company.
Get arouns means avoid, but I don't know how to explain the sentence when putting avoid in the context.

2. It's not really "get around" but "overcome obstacles." With one person as an accomplice, there are no obstacles that can't be handled.
