Need your help please

Hi to all!

It is my writing in this forum and I hope that you people will not let me down. So anybody wana help me to write my CV for this first time because I don't know how to mention my IT skill in my CV. I know to operate a lot of computer programs, I can also assemble the computer. But the problem is that I need some useful word which my CV valuable.
