need your help guys
Hi guys! please help me on the warning letter i prepared below. I need some corrections and additional points to make it good. Thanks!
"This letter is a warning for your poor performance over the past months. It has been reported that you were not doing your job appropriately. As Maintenance personnel for night shift, your function is to ensure that all machineries are in good working condition. Unfinished work has to be reported to the assigned morning shift maintenance to pursue the task.
Enclosed herewith are the copies of machine list that will serve as your checklist and should be submitted on daily basis.
This warning is for you to refrain from doing such to avoid the severe consequences in the future.
Please be guided accordingly.
