I am returning the enclosed "Delicious Cookbook 1" because your company sent me the wrong book. My order number was 2157895. In fact, I ordered the "Delicious Cookbook 2." I have been ordering your books on line for many years and am satisfied with your company's service.

However, this time your company's negligence caused me some trouble. I think that I deserve compensation for the wrong delivery. It cost me 3 dollars to mail the "Delicious Cookbook 1" back to your company. Also your company may automatically charge me another 4 dollars for shipping fee of the Delicious Cookbook 2. Would your compny please pay return postage, 3 dollars, for me and credit it to my account, and waive the shipping fee for the Delcious Cookook2. Finally, please send me the book I ordered as soon as possible
