Can you give me a hand with this paragraph.

It is preparing food that enables me to enjoy a sense of achievement. Nowadays, people only pursue a sense of achievement from their jobs. They hardly neglect that they still can get it from cooking food by themselves. It is without any doubt that the process of cooking is really complicated

"they hardly neglect" means "they almost don't neglect", and I guess that's not what you mean. Maybe 'they quite /completely/totally neglect..." would be better suited?

I'd say: "without any doubt, the process..."
