Hi,
I would appreciate if someone could give some comment on the following letter:

Dear William Clark,
Thank you for your interest in my firm. I am delighted to hear that you are considering appointing me as architect for the above project. Unfortunately, I may not be able to quote a fee for you at this moment as the nature and scope of services required have yet to be identified.
May I suggest that you contact me to arrange a time and date for further discussion on this project? A copy of [insert contract] is attached herewith for your perusal. We hope it will give you some idea of the services you will require.
We look forward to speaking with you.
