Need verify these are "Passive forms" please

Hi Can anyone verify me these are all "Passive" forms

I saw a man injured

A man was found injured

my name was called twice

I believe they are "Passive" forms but I am not certain

These two are passive:

A man was found injured.

My name was called twice.

The passive is comprised of a form of the verb to be + past participle. The grammatical subject does not do the action. So the "man" is the subject, but he didn't do the finding. Someone else found him. I would say "An injured man was found."
