B: I am not sure. Even though I performed well, getting the job depends on others' performance because many competitive candidates attended the same job interview.

B: I am not sure. Even though I performed well, getting the job depends on how I stack up against the other applicants. Many highly-qualified candidates applied for that position and I saw them at the same interview session that I went to.
