need to have been...?

Hi! This is a passive exercise: active to passive with changes of construction
You needn't have done this
-> This needn't to have been done
I don't understand... what does "need to have been done" mean?

Thanks for helping me!

It should be "This needn't have been done."

Oh, thank you! i've already made a big mistake
But why should it be "this needn't have been done"?
Please, help me!

It is formed in the regular way from active to passive:

subject - active - object / object - passive - (by) subject
you - need not have done - this / this - need not have been done - by you
