Need to determine if commas are appropriate in the follownig sentence - specifically the prepositional phrase I have underlined..

Working with the Hancock County Family Resource Center, St. Vincent DePaul and many donors and volunteers, this office strives to make sure that may children, who otherwise would not have this opportunity, do experience it and have a positive start to the school year.
