Need to check correctness

I am not that good in English,but I somwhow manage to speak and write it.Recently I came across below sentence used by one of colleagues in the email:
"I am not doing release deployment. Go head your work. "

I was not able to understand the sense/intention of this sentence(whether this is an order,information or request).
Also request all the dear members to validate this sentence grammatically.

Neither am I. It is terrible English. I am not even sure what it means. I guess it means something like this:

I am not going to release/deploy you to another project/location. Please go ahead with your work.
