You are abosultely right. I shouldn't use 'The' at the beginning because, as you have said, there are infinite numbers of them. Thank YOU so much. Everything learnt, Everything to be learn.
So, it should be,
'Simple Present Questions for Choice / Simple Present Questions for Selection'.
