Need the plural form or not?

Which one is correct?

1. If you have any questions, just don't hesitate to let me know.

2. If you have any question, just don't hesitate to let me know.

Thanks!

It's "if you have any questions" "some" is only used next to a singular noun if it is an uncountable noun. If it is countable, use "some" with plural and "a" with singular.

Both are fine and common, Miyabi (if 'just' is replaced by 'please'). The first is more common because the writer politely offers his receptiveness to as many questions as may spring up.
