Need some pointers

As a learner of English, I always make a lot of mistakes and aren't aware of them. I really need you help me point out my main errors, so that I can work on them. If you may, could you please point out the errors you see? I'll make correction. Great thanks in advance.

Two doormen flanking the entrance, bowed to us, as we walked in. They were in aloha shirts, Bermuda shorts, and Birkenstocks. The lobby was dim-lighted without walls on the sides, so tourists sitting in the teak sofa in the two sides reading and chitchatting could see the view through the lines of handcrafted wooden wind chimes. In the center was a fountain - the shape of a stump – surrounded by a ring of wild exotic orchid in full bloom. They were unlike any other orchid I’ve seen before. Some of them looked like butterfly fluttering in the air, while the others look like birds of paradise of different kinds. Small of them have a small violet body with golden elongated feathers spread out elegantly from their backs. The exotic receptionists welcome with us their sunny smiles. They had tan skin, wore bras with sunflowers attached to them, miniskirts made of leaves that looked like seaweeds, and had a pineapple perched atop their heads.

Thank you. I'll pay great attention to my spelling, plural markets, and tenses in the future. Many of the mistakes are careless mistakes, and I just shouldn't have made them. Thank you so much.
