Need some help with grammar and punctuation in a poem.

Hello Everyone,

First time posting, I hope someone can help me out here.

I wrote a poem for my girlfriend that I would like to give it to her for Valentines day. It's my first time writing a poem and I would like the grammar and punctuation to be perfect since I will be printing it out and putting it on a frame for her.

Thanks in advance,

Alex

Poem:

Every day throughout the day,
I think about you, and just say yay.

Waking up, to your pretty smile,
It makes everything worth my while.

Your lips, your eyes, make me insane,
You drive me crazy I can’t explain.

Because my love, words can't define,
and your damn booty is so damn fine.

My midget monkey I hope you know,
that our love will forever grow.

I’m so in love with you that I am blind,
sometimes I think I’m losing my mind.

I promise you, if you are ever down.
From your face I will take your frown.

Your the one I will always need,
because without you my heart would always bleed.

You and me, don’t belong apart,
I love you baby with all my heart.
