need some grammar help with punctuation

Since my departure on 2009 , having been in middle east for last 3 years, I set up my own architecture practice(AAC).I have been able to network extensively with the Kosmok regional government (KRG) with purpose of obtain architectural projects and working on joint venture with AAP.
AAP and AAC has already been involved in implementing the masterplan conceptual design for the Juhran university camp and been additionally granted for the next stage schematic till the tender on a separate building the presidency.

Now the Juhran University is in the process of receiving numerous other proposals in order to arrive at their final decisions. They have already been contacted by Foster, William Sanders and BDP to tender their offers.
Throughout my experience with Gibberd in the past and knowing that Gibberd are the centre of architectural excellence.
I will be pleased to call you for submitting a proposal for design of whole campus including individual buildings, educational canters, landscape, etc. moreover they appreciate if you break down your fees for each item and present them in a table that clearly shows the detail of architectural design, structural design, MEP and BOQ.
I will be very glad to assist you and be your point of contact on the ground while I am based in the region.
Some information about the Juhran University Campus.
The brief consists of the following components:
• One 1 University Presidency Building of 4,100 m_ built up area and 10,000m_ site plan area
• Eight 8 Student Housing Buildings of each 1,000m_ built up area and 2,500m_ site plan area
• Six 6 Faculty Buildings of each 3,600m_ built up area and 6,000 m_ site plan area
• One 1 Cultural Centre 4,500 m_ built up area and 7,000 m_ site plan area
• One 1 Conference Hall 2,600 m_ built up area and 5,000 m_ site plan area
• One 1 Olympic Hall 3,000 m_ built up area and 7,000 m_ site plan area
• Two 2 Library Buildings of each 3,400 m_ built up area and 5,000 m_ site plan area
• Two 2 Guest House of each 4,300 m_ built up area and 8,000 m_ site plan area
• Six 6 Staff Flats of each 1,200 m_ built up area and 2,600 m_ site plan area
• Three Hundred 300 Masters House of each 160m_ built up area and 300m_ site plan area
